Job summary

Quattro Resourcing is seeking a proactive Distribution Assistant Supervisor to support daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will work with the Distribution Supervisor to lead the team, ensure orders are picked, packed and checked accurately, and maintain high service, quality and safety standards.

The role offers hands-on leadership, coaching, and opportunities for development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/distribution leadership.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily running of the distribution operation.
• Pick, pack, check, and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Move stock between units and ensure correct storage.
• Assist customers and drivers with collection and loading of orders.
• Investigate missing items and stock discrepancies.
• Coach and supervise the team alongside the Distribution Supervisor.
• Promote health and safety standards.
