Quattro Resourcing is seeking a proactive Distribution Assistant Supervisor to support daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will work with the Distribution Supervisor to lead the team, ensure orders are picked, packed and checked accurately, and maintain high service, quality and safety standards.

The role offers hands-on leadership, coaching, and opportunities for development within a supportive team.

Join Our Client's Team as a Distribution Assistant Supervisor

We're looking for a proactive and hands‑on Distribution Assistant Supervisor to support the day‑to‑day operation of our clients busy distribution department. Working alongside the Distribution Supervisor, you'll help lead the team, ensure customer orders are prepared accurately, and maintain the highest standards of service, quality, and safety.

The Role;

Key Responsibilities;

• Support the daily running of the distribution operation.
• Pick, pack, check, and prepare customer orders, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and free from damage.
• Move stock and materials between factory units and ensure products are stored correctly.
• Assist customers and drivers with the collection and loading of orders.
• Investigate missing items, loading issues, and stock discrepancies.
• Support the Distribution Supervisor with training, coaching, and supervising the team, stepping in during their absence when required.
• Promote safe working practices and maintain high standards of health and safety.
• Provide hands‑on operational support to help the team achieve daily targets and deliver excellent customer service.
