PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for our Birmingham Distribution Centre. You will act as a link between supervisors and staff, providing hands-on leadership to ensure safe, efficient operations and attention to detail across the depot.

The role focuses on coordinating activities, meeting KPI targets, and driving productivity while maintaining high standards of work. The position runs 40 hours per week with a 4-on/4-off style pattern and comprehensive induction.
