B. Braun Medical UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to lead a busy Distribution Centre in Sheffield.

You will manage Distribution Operators across Putaway, Replenishment, Pick, Pack, Marshalling and Despatch, ensuring deadlines and service targets are met while maintaining GDP compliance. You will drive a positive, high-performance culture, conduct regular coaching, and report on KPIs to continuously improve safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading distribution teams in a warehouse environment.
• Strong focus on health and safety and regulatory compliance (GDP).
• Excellent communication and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of distribution operatives.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team huddles to set objectives and drive improvement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols and SOPs.
• Report on KPIs, analyze data to identify trends and implement improvements to operations metrics.
• Ensure GDP compliance and regulatory requirements are met across the department.
