Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays is hiring a Customer Operations Co-ordinator for the OCC at Leeds Bradford Airport. You will monitor the operational flying programme and respond to disruptions with clear decision-making and organised problem-solving.

The role involves communicating updates across the Jet2.com network, advising stakeholders, and managing disruptive passenger processes, while supporting passenger welfare policies and working across multiple workstreams. 12-hour shifts are involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in an airline or tour operator desirable, but not essential.
• Ability to think clearly and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail with good prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operational flying programme and support management of airline disruption.
• Communicate disruption and updates across the Jet2.com network.
• Advise internal and external stakeholders and provide effective solutions to operational challenges.
• Manage processes relating to disruptive passengers and keep relevant teams informed of actions taken.
• Support passenger welfare policy implementation in line with EU regulations and Jet2.com standards.
• Handle multiple workstreams with strong prioritisation in a fast-paced environment.
