Job summary

Jet2.com Limited is seeking a Customer Operations Co-ordinator to help manage airline disruption and support decision-making in the 24/7 OCC at Leeds Bradford Airport. The role requires calm under pressure, strong organisation and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

You will monitor the flight programme, update stakeholders, and ensure passenger welfare processes are followed, with 12-hour shift patterns and opportunities to contribute to a fast-paced, safety-focused

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the operational flying programme and supporting the management of airline disruption.
• Communicating disruption and operational updates across the Jet2.com network.
• Assisting and advising internal and external stakeholders, providing effective solutions to operational challenges.
• Managing processes relating to disruptive passengers and ensuring all relevant teams are kept informed of actions taken.
• Supporting the implementation of our passenger welfare policy in line with relevant EU regulations and Jet2.com standards.
• Managing multiple workstreams while prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment.
