Jet2.com and Jet2holidays is seeking a Shift Operations Manager for our fast-paced warehouse-style operations in Middlewich. You will lead a multi-tier team across First Line Managers, Team Leaders and up to 200 operatives, driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement on every shift.

You’ll manage planning, staffing and resources to meet daily demand, ensure KPIs are met, and champion Jet2 values. A fixed shift from 6am–4pm Wed–Sat with robust benefits accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Experience managing first line managers in warehousing or logistics.
• Strong leadership with a proactive attitude and planning skills.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to 200 operatives during peak periods.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs across performance, people and compliance.
• Organise labour and equipment resources to meet daily demands.
• Collaborate with planning teams and agency partners for seasonal staffing.
• Drive quality assurance and process compliance throughout the operation.
• Champion Health & Safety, CAA and HMRC standards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives delivering value.
• Uphold Jet2 Take Me There values.
