Responsibilities

• Dispute resolution: resolve customer disputes by phone or email to enable payment.
• Root cause analysis: identify how disputes could have been prevented.
• Process improvement: review and implement changes with cross-team input.
• Documentation: produce and refine work instructions and processes.
• Reporting: generate and analyse disputes-related reports.
• Compliance: ensure activities comply with policies and regulations.
