• Dispute resolution: resolve customer disputes to secure payment and coordinate with support, finance and operations.
• Root cause analysis: reverse engineer disputes to identify prevention opportunities.
• Process improvement: review processes to prevent recurrence.
• Documentation: produce and refine work instructions and processes.
• Reporting: generate and analyze reports for the disputes process.
• Compliance: ensure activities comply with policies and regulations.
