Job summary

Boots is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a close-knit team in a community-focused branch. You’ll provide outstanding customer care, drive sales and operational excellence, and manage the dispensary with rigor and compassion.

You’ll build relationships with customers and local GP surgeries, deliver NHS and private services confidently, and coach colleagues to grow in capability while upholding Boots’ standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience with strong commercial awareness.
• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (UK) or equivalent.
• Experience working in a UK dispensary.
• Great customer service and care delivery.
• Ability to lead performance and implement in-store strategy.
• Collaborative leadership style.
• Passion for learning and helping others grow.
