Boots Group is seeking a Store Manager for a small Boots store to lead a close-knit team and deliver outstanding service on the shop floor, in the dispensary, and in customer care. You will drive sales, develop people, and build local community relationships while maintaining NHS and private services with trusted advice.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes commercial performance, team development, and brand stewardship within a regulated, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience and strong commercial awareness.
• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (UK) or equivalent.
• Experience working in a UK dispensary.
• Great customer service skills and a passion for delivering care.
• Ability to lead performance and implement in-store strategy.
• Calm, flexible approach with the pace of change.
• Collaborative style to build team culture and external relationships.
• Passion for learning and helping others grow.
