Job summary

Boots is seeking a Store Manager for a small Boots store. You will lead a close-knit team on the shop floor and in the dispensary, delivering outstanding service, driving sales and ensuring compliant operations.

You’ll build relationships with local healthcare partners and provide clear, expert NHS and private guidance to customers. You’ll develop your team, support colleagues’ growth and embrace new services to benefit the community.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience and strong commercial awareness.
• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or UK equivalent).
• Experience working in a UK dispensary.
• Great customer service skills and a passion for delivering care.
• Ability to lead performance and implement strategy in-store.
• Calm, flexible approach with pace.
