Winner Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Dispatch Clerk/Dispatch Supervisor for our client’s team in Ryton. The role focuses on supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the dispatch operation, with interaction with drivers and customers and handling deliveries and collections.

You will contribute to efficient coordination, maintain strong communication, and thrive in a pressurised logistics setting. Experience in transport or dispatch is advantageous.

The Role

As a Dispatch Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the dispatch operation. You will communicate with drivers and customers, handle telephone enquiries, and assist with the coordination of deliveries and collections.

The successful candidate will:
