Job summary

University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Discharge Team. You will provide information and analytical support to Senior Management, clinicians, partner organisations and NHS England, handling word processing, data entry into Excel, and the preparation of reports and spreadsheets for diverse audiences.

The role requires familiarity with DTOC and D2A guidance, and you will respond to queries from stakeholders, maintain filing

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and report preparation.
• Ability to prepare clear documents and spreadsheets.
• Strong administrative support and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, take messages and route actions as needed.
• Process D2A referrals and maintain filing systems.
• Manage stationery and department orders.
• Report broken equipment to the appropriate department.
• Use email and perform photocopying tasks as required.
• Compile reports using Health of the Ward data and Excel.
• Occasional cover of Interim Team Administration.
