Job summary

Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Administrative Data Support post within the IMST Division to aid discharge planning and patient flow. You will collect and validate No Criteria to Reside information and support Trust-wide discharge reporting using CareFlow and Patient Flow, ensuring timely, accurate data for operational reviews.

• Experience with NCTR data collection and reporting.
• Familiar with CareFlow/Patient Flow systems.
• Knowledge of information governance and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Collect, collate and maintain accurate NCTR, discharge and patient-flow information.
• Use CareFlow and Patient Flow to update and maintain accurate patient information.
• Support discharge reporting through accurate data collection and validation.
• Produce routine reports, trackers and summaries for operational meetings.
• Monitor discharge actions and delays; escalate where needed.
• Provide administrative support to Transfer of Care Hub and information management.
• Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to clarify information.
