Job summary

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Administrator for the Integrated Transfer of Care Hub (ITOCH). The role handles referrals, data entry, telephone queries and general office tasks, and acts as the first point of contact for enquiries about the service, IT and estates.

The hub operates seven days a week, and the post involves teamwork, meeting deadlines, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent level of education.
• Experience of clerical or administrative work.
• Experience of working with IT systems.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for enquiries about the service, IT and estates, using own initiative with general enquirers, staff, other agencies, families and patients
• Provide administration support to ITOCH staff
• Process referrals
• Input data
• Take telephone queries
• Carry out photocopying and other general office duties
