Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for enquiries regarding the service, IT or Estates and to use own initiative where appropriate when dealing with enquiries from general public, staff, other agencies, families and patients.
• Provide administration support to the ITOCH staff - processing referrals, inputting data, taking telephone queries, photocopying and other general office duties.
