WCA Functional Assessor Starting at £50,000 Increases to £51,000 after 12 months (if performance objectives are met) plus eligibility for the bonus scheme (5–6 assessments per day - WCA assessments are shorter than PIP)
Roles are subject to availability and service requirements in each geographical area. Ideally, candidates should be open to either PIP or WCA. Where possible, we may be able to accommodate a preference, although this cannot be guaranteed.
