Aston Villa Football Club is seeking a Disability Access Officer to lead our accessibility programme across Bodymoor Heath and Villa Park, ensuring supporters experience the club safely, confidently and without barriers. You will promote inclusion and drive practical improvements throughout the organisation.

You will represent the club with external organisations, chair the Accessibility Network with the Fan Advisory Board, and work with internal teams to provide real-time support on matchdays

Formación

• Proven experience in a disability access role, ideally within sports or public-facing environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of disability legislation and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Attend matchdays and events at Villa Park to provide real-time accessibility support.
• Oversee our accessibility services and coordinate with internal teams to ensure appropriate arrangements.
• Lead the Club’s Accessibility Network in collaboration with the Fan Advisory Board and AVDSA meetings.
