Brentford FC is seeking an Accessibility and Community Executive to support our accessibility and community objectives, ensuring an inclusive and connected experience for fans and local communities. You will help disabled supporters with accessible ticketing, matchday experiences and engagement initiatives while contributing to ongoing accessibility improvements across the Club.

• Good understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive service delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with a wide range of audiences.
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities within a sporting or community environment.
• Knowledge of football supporter engagement and experience.
• Knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 and Accessible Stadia Guide.
• Experience supporting disabled supporters or customers.
• Strong drive and enthusiasm for community development with a track record in developing relationships.
• Holds a valid UK driving licence
• Good public speaking skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Brentford FC, its supporter base and local community.

Mansioni

• Act as primary contact for disabled supporters, providing advice and assistance with enquiries and ticketing.
• Support planning and delivery of accessible matchday experiences for disabled supporters.
• Assist in managing relationships with the Brentford Disabled Supporters Association and other accessibility stakeholders.
• Support consultation and engagement initiatives with disabled supporters to gather feedback.
• Monitor and respond to accessibility enquiries with timely, professional replies.
• Support delivery of accessibility projects across Club facilities, digital platforms and supporter services.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with the Accessible Stadia Guide, Equality Act, and related standards.
• Deliver community outreach activities, including events, school visits and workshops for young people.
• Build relationships with schools and community groups to raise the Club's local profile.
• Develop initiatives that introduce new audiences to Brentford FC and strengthen community ties.
• Support fan pathway opportunities, linking participants with matchday experiences at Wheatsheaf Park and Uxbridge FC.
• Deliver supporter and community engagement campaigns aligned to Club priorities.
