Crystal Palace FC invites applications for a Disability Liaison Officer based at Selhurst Park Stadium. You will be the primary contact for disabled supporters, staff and visitors, ensuring access needs are met across the club on matchdays and non-matchdays.

Reporting to the Head of Supporter Services and Disability Access Officer, you will promote inclusivity, coordinate reasonable adjustments, and collaborate with Level Playing Field and other disability groups to drive continuous improvements

Formación

• Experience in customer service, supporter relations, or community engagement.
• Knowledge of accessibility issues and guidance for service providers.
• Understanding of the Equality Act 2010 and disability rights.
• Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations (e.g. matchday access issues).
• Strong team player with patient approach.

Responsabilidades

• Reporting to the Head of Supporter Services and Disability Access Officer.
• Overseeing accessibility provisions for disabled supporters, staff and visitors.
• Coordinate reasonable adjustments and inclusivity initiatives.
• Monitor the DLO inbox and respond to enquiries.
• Liaise with CPFC Disabled Supporters Association and external disability groups.
• Work with ticketing, facilities and operations to coordinate accessible seating and entry.
• Assist with pre-match checks and safety for disabled fans.
• Maintain records and feedback logs for continuous improvement.
