Aston Villa Football Club is seeking a Disability Access Officer to lead accessibility across the Club, ensuring supporters experience matches safely and without barriers. The role sits in the Ticketing Team and supports the design of accessible services, representing the Club with external organisations.

You will attend matchdays at Villa Park, coordinate with internal teams, and lead the Accessibility Network with the Fan Advisory Board to promote inclusion and accessibility for all supporters.
