RBC Europe Limited is seeking a Director/Wealth Manager to lead client relationships and drive net revenue growth in our Birmingham office. You will manage and grow a high-potential client base, leveraging a wide range of RBC wealth solutions to meet client goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic development, and collaboration with a broader wealth management team to deliver exceptional client outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Level 6 CIB, CISI or CII qualification.
• Significant wealth management experience.
• Proven relationship management skills and ability to understand client needs.
• Knowledge of business sectors, market trends and financial products.
• Ability to model and drive positive behaviours within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow a client base, focusing on new business while managing existing relationships.
• Lead wealth advice interactions to understand client goals and risk appetite.
• Drive growth by leading business development activities and delivering on the group plan.
• Articulate RBC proposition to clients and referrals to specialists when needed.
• Mentor and coach team members to ensure professional growth and exceptional service.
• Set clear performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
