Job summary

RBC Wealth Management Europe seeks a Director, Wealth Manager to lead and grow the client base, deliver net revenue growth and asset growth while strengthening client relationships across the UK.

You will focus on maintaining existing clients and identifying new opportunities through strategic origination and networks, driving the advisory journey and collaborating with RBC specialists to deliver best-in-class outcomes.

Qualifications

• Level 6 CISI or CII; Level 4 considered if extensive wealth management experience.
• Significant experience within a wealth management role.
• Proven relationship management skills and the ability to understand and articulate client needs.
• Extensive knowledge of business sectors, market developments and financial products.

Responsibilities

• Manage a client base, develop and maintain relationships, and grow business with new clients.
• Lead wealth advice interactions to fully understand clients’ financial goals and aspirations.
• Drive new business targets and contribute to the group plan and strategy.
• Articulate the full RBC proposition to clients and coordinate with specialists as needed.
• Refer clients internally to the best fit home for service.
• Guide clients through the advice journey before involving specialists.
• Lead and coach teams, with performance reviews and development conversations.
