Job summary

RBC Wealth Management Europe seeks experienced, client-facing professionals to join our UK teams, including Winchester. If you’re a Director or Senior Director with a proven growth track record and a strong network, we would love to hear from you.

Wealth management leaders will develop a client base, deepen relationships, and deliver holistic advice across investments, lending, cash and trust solutions. You will lead teams, coach colleagues, and help scale advisory services in the region.

Qualifications

• At least Level 6 CIB, CISI or CII.
• Significant experience within a wealth management role.
• Proven relationship management skills and ability to articulate solutions.
• Extremely detailed knowledge of business sectors, market trends and financial products.
• Leads by example with a high capacity to drive positive behaviours in the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop a client base, increasing new business and managing existing relationships.
• Lead wealth advice conversations to understand clients' financial and personal goals.
• Drive growth, manage a new business target, and contribute to the group plan and strategy.
• Articulate the full RBC proposition (investment, lending, cash, trust) and introduce specialists as needed.
• Refer clients internally to the best fit home.
• Guide teams through the advisory journey and mentor colleagues to grow their capabilities.
• Drive performance management through goal setting, reviews, and development discussions.
