Job summary

RBC Wealth Management Europe is seeking a Director/ Senior Director level Advisor to lead and manage business targets, delivering net revenue and cumulative asset growth. You will manage client relationships and originate opportunities through established networks, while guiding digital adoption.

You will deliver growth by leveraging wealth management expertise, cross-selling investment, lending and trust solutions, and by leading a high-performing team across UK offices.

Qualifications

• Significant wealth management experience with client-facing roles.
• Proven track record in growing net revenue and assets.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing wealth advisory team.
• Familiarity with digital tools and adoption in wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a client base, expanding new clients and maintaining existing relationships.
• Lead wealth advice interactions to understand clients' financial goals and ambitions.
• Drive new business and contribute to the group business plan and strategy.
• Articulate RBC propositions (investment, lending, cash, trust) and coordinate with specialists.
• Mentor and coach team members to deliver exceptional client outcomes and performance.
