You will manage relationships, originate new opportunities through networks, and lead digital adoption while collaborating with specialists to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within a wealth management role.
• Proven Relationship Management skills with ability to understand client needs and build trust.
• Knowledge of business sectors, market trends, and financial products and services.
• Ability to drive positive behaviours and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base while maintaining existing relationships.
• Lead wealth advisory interactions to understand client goals and create tailored solutions.
• Drive new business development and contribute to the group business plan.
• Articulate a full RBC proposition including investments, lending, cash, and trust.
• Collaborate with specialists to enhance client experience and outcomes.
• Mentor and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and manage development plans.
