Job summary

RBC Brewin Dolphin is seeking a Director/Senior Director level Wealth Manager to lead client relationships across our Glasgow office and surrounding areas. You will manage targets for net revenue and asset growth, expand your network, and coordinate with specialists to deliver full wealth-management solutions.

You will mentor teams, champion digital adoption, and maintain the highest standards of client service in a dynamic wealth-management environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 6 CIB/CISI/CII or equivalent.
• Significant wealth management experience and client-facing track record.
• Proven relationship management skills with ability to understand client needs and articulate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base, generating new business while nurturing existing relationships.
• Lead wealth management discussions, delivering comprehensive advice and solutions to clients.
• Drive growth targets and asset growth through strategic origination and network expansion.
• Coordinate with specialists to provide investment, lending, cash and trust solutions as part of a full service offering.
• Lead and mentor teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes and performance.
