Job summary

Wolters Kluwer N.V. is seeking a Director to lead the SaaS Migration Program Execution, overseeing global migrations from on-premise to cloud for the CCH Tagetik suite.

You will own the migration portfolio, coordinate Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, and drive program governance to ensure value realization. The role requires a hands-on leader with 10+ years in transformation programs, strong stakeholder management, and deep cloud migration knowledge to manage complex, multi-region

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or related field.
• 10+ years leading large-scale transformation, cloud migration, SaaS transition, or customer lifecycle programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end migration from legacy to cloud platforms across global customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Legal, Finance and Product.
• Define migration plans, governance, KPIs and risk management for successful execution.
