Job summary

SBS, a global fintech partner, is seeking a Programme Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a major client program, leading multiple projects and delivery teams across cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations. You will shape program strategy with senior stakeholders, govern escalation and risks, manage budgets and dependencies, and chair steering committees to ensure coordinated execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large, complex client programs in a supplier or vendor environment.
• Strong program and multi-project management expertise.
• Experience with cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong escalation and risk management capabilities.
• Financial services or regulated industry experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale client programs involving cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations.
• Partner directly with senior client stakeholders to shape program strategy and roadmaps.
• Manage multiple delivery teams and project managers across concurrent workstreams.
• Own governance, escalation management, risks, opportunities, budgets, commercials, and dependencies.
• Chair steering committees and program boards.
• Ensure successful and coordinated program execution.
• Mentor project managers and contribute to the development of delivery best practices.
• Support bespoke internal and external projects as required.
