Job summary
TWI Ltd in Cambridge is seeking an experienced leader to join the Technology leadership team as Head of Strategic Growth. This senior role will identify and secure opportunities to deliver sustainable revenue growth across the Technology Directorate, aligning initiatives with member needs and strategic priorities.
You will lead a coordinated portfolio across aerospace, defence, oil and gas, and power sectors, build partnerships with industry and academia, and translate strategy into tangible
Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in strategic growth or equivalent
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Lead technology revenue growth plans across sectors
- Translate strategy into actionable growth initiatives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to maximise revenue
- Oversee growth plans for Aerospace and Defence, Oil and Gas, Power
- Maintain portfolio of growth opportunities across technology groups
- Review and develop core customer offerings
- Support strategic partnerships with industry and academia
- Contribute to financial planning and sales forecasting
- Promote efficiency of growth activities through process ownership
- Represent the Directorate internally and externally
- Champion innovation and knowledge sharing
