Job summary
TWI Ltd is seeking a strategic, commercially minded Head of Strategic Growth in Cambridge to lead the development and delivery of growth plans for the Technology Directorate. You will unite technical, commercial, and operational teams to drive revenue across Aerospace & Defence, Oil & Gas, and Power sectors.

Responsibilities
- Lead TWI Technology’s growth initiatives across revenue-generating services and solutions
- Translate technology strategy into focused, deliverable growth plans
- Drive collaboration across technical, commercial and operational teams to maximise revenue and profitability
- Oversee growth plans for Aerospace & Defence, Oil & Gas, and Power sectors
- Maintain a coordinated portfolio of growth opportunities across sector plans and Technology Groups
- Review and develop core customer offerings to ensure sustainability and member value
- Support development of strategic partnerships with industry, academia and other stakeholders
- Contribute to financial planning, sales forecasting and performance monitoring
- Improve efficiency of business winning and growth activities via TWI processes
- Represent the Technology Directorate internally and externally to promote capabilities
- Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing
- Model TWI values, leadership behaviours and inclusivity in practice
