Job summary
SeeAbility is hiring a Head of Positive Behaviour Support to lead PBS services across our organisation. This remote role includes travel around the South of England and requires strategic leadership of a multi-disciplinary clinical team to deliver person-centred outcomes for people with learning disabilities, autism, and sight loss.
You will develop and monitor PBS plans, provide professional supervision, and shape the future of specialist support while collaborating with peers to drive
Qualifications
- Significant experience leading Positive Behaviour Support services and specialist clinical teams.
- Experience designing and implementing evidence-based behavioural interventions.
- Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and partnership-building abilities.
- A passion for person-centred support and improving quality of life outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead PBS services and guide a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outcomes.
- Develop and monitor PBS plans and ensure clinical governance across homes.
- Provide leadership, recruitment, training and professional development.
- Design and monitor annual workplans and contribute to the budget.
- Foster partnerships with operational colleagues and external stakeholders.
