SeeAbility is hiring a Head of Positive Behaviour Support to lead PBS services across our organisation. Role Description
Location: Remote & Traveling when required around the South of England
Salary: £64,272 per annum + £5000 car allowance plus benefits
Hours: Full time, 37.5 Hours per week

This role offers the chance to influence and develop specialist clinical services that make a genuine difference to the lives of people with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and sight loss. We are seeking someone who can combine strategic leadership with hands-on clinical expertise to drive best practice, support innovation, and ensure outstanding outcomes for the people we support.
