Job summary

You will embed PSIRF principles, ensure governance learning from incidents and feedback, and drive a culture of continuous improvement, openness, and just culture, in partnership with the Head of Operations.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience implementing governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of PSIRF and patient safety incident management.
