NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an exceptional leader to become Head of Service for Patient Safety, Incidents and Risk Assurance. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Nursing Officer, you will provide Trust-wide leadership across patient safety, incident management, PSIRF, suicide prevention, Learning from Deaths, and risk assurance.

• Requires substantial senior leadership experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Expertise in PSIRF and patient-safety science, learning and improvement.
• Experience leading incident-reporting and risk-management systems and using data to support learning.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Trust-wide leadership across patient safety, incident management, PSIRF, suicide prevention, and risk assurance.
• Lead development and maturation of patient safety policies and plans; shape learning into safer care.
• Influence senior leaders, clinical teams and partners; report to and support the Quality and Safety Committee and the Trust Board.
