Head of Patient Safety, Quality and Experience

The successful candidate will have specialist knowledge, skills and experiencing in providing healthcare to patients in their service and speciality as well as being able to demonstrate competence in expert knowledge base, complex decision-making, skills, and competences for clinical practice. The specific characteristics of the role are shaped by the clinical context, profession, scope of practice and/or qualifications. The individual will be qualified and have extensive experience in accordance with the requirements for the specific speciality, as set out by the appropriate regulating body (e.g., The Health & Care Professions Council).
