  • Salary : London - £137,003 - £162,692 per annum / National - £115,004 - £136,569 per annum plus £8,000 car allowance
  • Hours : 36 per week
  • Contract Type : Permanent

Are you ready to develop a forward-thinking income strategy and lead a service that makes a real impact? We're seeking an inspiring, strategic leader to join us as the Director of Income Services .

In this cross-tenure role, you'll lead all income collection processes across rental, commercial, and homeownership products, ensuring a consistent, customer-focused approach that maximises recovery and efficiency. You'll bring transformational leadership to the service, driving system and people change across the income function to create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

Working closely with colleagues in Finance, Housing, and Policy, you'll introduce fresh ideas for rent and service charge setting, strengthen performance, and ensure we continue to adapt to the evolving requirements of leasehold and benefit reform. Your strategic leadership will help us navigate economic challenges while maintaining our commitment to supporting residents to sustain their homes.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our London office. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 2 days per week.

If you live outside the M25, your salary will be based on your location and aligned to the National pay scale.
