Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks a Transformation Program Director to lead Propel and AI initiatives across HR and Marketing & Communications, coordinating with HR, M&C, and GCO leaders to ensure timely delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

The role emphasizes disciplined program execution, risk management, and change leadership, with oversight of the Propel program change management team and collaboration with ICCM and HRIT to align with financial goals.

Qualifications

• Significant project/program management experience in a global enterprise environment (HR transformation or large-scale change)
• Demonstrated governance and leadership reporting experience to senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage programs with cross-functional teams and multi-region impact
• Experience using generative AI tools to automate tasks and improve outcomes
• Ability to navigate regulatory variation, time zones and complex stakeholder dynamics

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of Propel, AI initiatives, and related non-AI projects across HR and Marketing & Communications
• Build and maintain integrated program plans, risk registers, RAID logs, and dashboards for real-time visibility
• Escalate risks and decisions with clear mitigation options and ensure cross-team coordination
• Support governance and reporting to HR, M&C, and GCO leadership, ensuring timely decision making
• Collaborate with ICCM, HRIT and Finance to align program delivery with financial goals and targets
• Drive organisational readiness and change management activities across geographies and populations
• Promote best practice program management standards and capture lessons learned
