Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Transformation Director to lead technology-enabled insurance transformations, spanning underwriting, claims, pricing, and finance. The role combines business development, programme delivery, and thought leadership in a UK-based, globally oriented setting.

You will shape propositions, win work at the C-suite, and deliver large-scale programmes with governance, risk, and ROI considerations. Hybrid working and a broad benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the insurance value chain and core domains.
• Ability to translate insurance drivers into transformation outcomes and speak credibly with business and tech stakeholders.
• Track record leading end-to-end insurance technology and AI transformation programmes.
• Delivery leadership across insurance platforms and core modernisation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and data/AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support pre-sales activities, shaping compelling transformation solutions for insurance clients.
• Own and convert multi-million-pound pursuits from proposition to mobilisation with accountability for revenue growth.
• Provide delivery leadership across complex, multi-workstream programmes, governance and benefits realisation.
• Shape target operating models, roadmaps, resourcing, and governance for programmes.
• Evolve propositions embedding modern insurance tech, data, and AI into market offerings.
