Job summary

Propel seeks a Director of Business Systems & Transformation to own all internal systems and lead a growing transformation portfolio. You will translate business priorities into successful, adopted changes across CRM, finance, HR, and reporting platforms, including integrations and automation.

The role blends hands-on delivery with governance, ensuring reliability, security and resilience of the IT function while partnering with system owners and vendors to keep programmes moving.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering multiple technology-enabled transformations from definition to adoption.
• Experience coordinating across functions without direct line management authority.
• Experience with enterprise systems (CRM, Finance, HR, Telephony or reporting) and integrations/automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and business process change from definition to BAU.
• Manage internal business systems and act as escalation point.
• Own project planning, governance, delivery reporting, and risks across initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery and evolution of core business systems with owners.
• Own delivery of cross-system integration and automation initiatives.
• Lead external vendors and implementation partners as senior delivery contact.
• Hold responsibility for internal IT function including infrastructure and end user tech.
• Ensure transformation projects incorporate information security and risk requirements.
