YMCA North Tyneside is seeking a Director of Housing to provide strategic direction and executive leadership across housing management, homelessness provision, tenancy sustainment, housing development, and asset management. You will report to the CEO and drive safeguarding, equal opportunities, and compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires proven experience in securing grant funding, managing complex budgets, and leading change within social housing and supported accommodation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years senior leadership experience within social housing, supported accommodation, or local authority housing.
• Demonstrable experience securing and managing public housing grant funding (e.g. Homes England AHP, regional capital funds).
• Significant experience managing complex revenue and capital budgets, delivering value for money.
