Job summary

Insight Select Limited is seeking a Director of Tenant Services in Norfolk on a hybrid basis. The role leads the strategic direction and delivery of tenant services, guiding a senior leadership team and driving transformation to improve tenant experience.

You will work with the Senior Leadership Team, ensure governance and regulatory compliance, and oversee housing management areas including safeguarding and tenancy fraud while delivering value for money.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within housing, landlord services or a comparable regulated environment.
• A strong understanding of social housing regulation, Consumer Standards, safeguarding and Ombudsman expectations.
• A proven track record of leading large-scale service, cultural or organisational transformation.
• Experience working at Executive, Board and Committee level.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding, including responsibility for significant budgets and resources.

We are partnering with a well-established social housing organisation in Norfolk to appoint a Director of Tenant Services. This is a pivotal leadership position, offering the opportunity to influence the future direction of tenant services across the organisation while working as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
