Job summary

Insight Select Limited, in partnership with a well-established social housing organisation in Norfolk, seeks a Director of Tenant Services. The role sits on the Senior Leadership Team and offers a £100,000 annual salary with hybrid working, shaping strategy and leading transformation across tenant services.

The Director will oversee housing management, safeguarding, tenancy compliance and service improvement, driving value for money and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within housing, landlord services or a comparable regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of social housing regulation, consumer standards, safeguarding and Ombudsman expectations.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale service, cultural or organisational transformation.
• Experience working at Executive, Board and Committee level.

• Setting and delivering an ambitious strategic direction for Tenant Services.
• Leading and developing a high-performing leadership team across multiple service areas.
• Driving service improvement, transformation and organisational change.

• Providing assurance, insight and constructive challenge to the Executive Team and Board.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of tenant experience and frontline service delivery.
• Overseeing key areas of housing management including safeguarding, ASB, domestic abuse, tenancy fraud and tenancy sustainment.
• Leading organisational learning from complaints, customer feedback, service failures and Ombudsman determinations.

We are partnering with a well-established social housing organisation in Norfolk to appoint a Director of Tenant Services. This is a pivotal leadership position, offering the opportunity to influence the future direction of tenant services across the organisation while working as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

The Role

• Setting and delivering an ambitious strategic direction for Tenant Services.
