YMCA North Tyneside is seeking a Housing Partnerships Account Manager to deliver our Regulate & Protect framework. You will manage day-to-day relationships with external partners, including CICs and commercial providers delivering Supported Exempt Accommodation, across multiple locations, with travel nationwide and regular office presence.

Reporting to the Head of Housing Partnerships, you will lead operational reviews, ensure RSH Consumer Standards compliance, oversee tenancy and rent

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Supported Housing or RP settings.
• Proven ability to manage external partners and drive performance.
• Knowledge of RSH Consumer Standards and housing regulations.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel nationally.
• CIH Level 4 qualification or willingness to obtain.

• Lead regular operational reviews with delivery partners to monitor KPIs.
• Advise on RSH Consumer Standards and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Oversee tenancy management processes.
• Manage rent/invoicing reviews with Finance and rent/service charge reviews.
