Job summary

Annapurna is partnering with a high-growth technology business to recruit a Director of People Operations. You will own the end-to-end People Operations function, lead core people systems and processes, and build an AI-enabled, scalable People team.

Reporting into the senior People leadership team, you will drive automation, data governance and employee experience across the lifecycle, while coaching a growing team and collaborating with Payroll, Finance and HR partners.

Qualifications

• Extensive People Operations experience in scale-up/high-growth tech.
• Experience using AI and automation to improve people processes.
• Strong HRIS expertise with workflow design and automation.
• Knowledge of UK employment law.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• People management or coaching experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience scaling processes in growing organisations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Design and improve People Operations processes with automation.
• Identify opportunities to remove manual work with AI and automation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data governance.
• Lead HR technology landscape and system integrations.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance and HR Business Partners.
• Lead service delivery and employee support channels.
• Develop and execute an AI roadmap for People Ops.
