Job summary

You will partner with senior leaders to redesign processes, prototype AI-supported onboarding, and create scalable self-service tools that unlock faster, more consistent people operations.

You will blend people expertise with technical curiosity, coaching managers while delivering practical, data-informed HR solutions that support a high-performance culture in our AI-native future.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a People Business Partner or senior HR generalist.
• Deep understanding of good people practices and when to reimagine rules.
• Curiosity about AI and technology with hands-on experimentation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on performance, employee relations, and talent planning across locations.
• Prototype new workflows and explore AI-assisted onboarding and self-service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven HR initiatives.
• Ensure employment law and cultural context are respected across regions.
