Job summary

Anaplan is seeking an AVP, Data, Analytics & AI Engineering to lead enterprise data platforms and AI solutions. This role shapes strategy, architecture and scale across the company, delivering high-value insights while safeguarding data security and governance.

You will manage a cross-functional team of data and AI engineers, collaborating with finance, IT, product, security and executive leadership to drive measurable outcomes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a highly quantitative field.
• 12+ years in data and software engineering with 5+ years in senior management or executive roles.
• Strong familiarity with cloud data ecosystems and modern data architecture.
• Proven AI/ML engineering experience deploying models to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vision, architecture and scaling of enterprise data platforms and AI solutions.
• Guide governance, security, and responsible AI practices across the company.
• Build and mentor a high-performance cross-functional team of data/analytics/AI engineers.
• Partner with CFO, CIO, product leaders and security to drive business value.
