Job summary

Amplitude is seeking a People Operations Specialist based in London to help manage employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and onboarding/offboarding across UK, EMEA, and APJ. You will leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve the employee experience, while ensuring compliance with local employment standards.

You will partner with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Talent Acquisition to deliver accurate data, timely answers, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI in day-to-day work
• Comfort with HRIS systems and international payroll
• Familiarity with employment laws across UK/EMEA/APJ

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day employee lifecycle transactions across UK/EMEA/APJ
• Be first point of contact via ticketing system for employee queries
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and background checks
• Support international benefits programs and compliance
• Coordinate payroll with providers and internal partners
• Manage immigration and visa processes with counsel
• Document and improve People Operations processes
