Job summary

Nscale, a GPU cloud engineered for AI, is seeking a Director of Strategy & Projects (People) to turn ambiguous problems into clear plans and accelerate execution as the company scales. You will lead AI-enabled People products, oversee acquisitions and organizational transformations, and run cross-functional strategic initiatives with senior leaders.

The role demands hands-on delivery and the ability to align teams to strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading company-wide transformation end-to-end.
• Track record building and shipping AI-enabled products, automations or workflows.
• Hands-on M&A and integration experience across growth phases.
• Experience designing organisational structures and operating models.
• Experience working with senior executives on major priorities with delivery accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-enabled People products that improve employee experiences.
• Lead acquisitions integration planning through post-close execution.
• Define problems, evaluate options and turn decisions into action with senior leaders.
